Why are the NBA showing old videos and clips, etc?

On youtube, nba.com, etc they are all showing old stuff.. like stuff weve seen a million times lol.. is the lockout actually stopping them from showing recent clips? will nba stuff still be on tsn, espn, and the score, etc? will i have any basketball for the next year :(
