Who will the Panthers end up getting during Free Agency?

The Panthers have to get 7 players to get to the 22-23 man roster size and about 20 million to get to the salary floor. Obvioulsy they are going to have a shopping spree, but who do you think they will get? Stamkos? Lieno? Jagr?
