Is the Iraqi Dinar a good investment?

A friend of mine recently bought Iraqi Dinar and is under the assumption that the value will increase so much that her $750 Canadian investment will turn int $1.5 million by July. Would that even be possible? I could somewhat believe that inflation would sky rocket, but would anyone actually be interested in buying it back?
