If every US citizen sent a check for $50, 300 million citizens can pay off the US debt overnight? why not?

Why doesn't the US government raid accounts or find a way of getting $50 from all citizens? $50 x 300 million citizons would easily pay off our debt!!! This may be difficult for some people, but will solve Americas' insurance pronlem for many ( in a helpful way!_
