Christians, what do you do when you know everywhere you go false doctrine is being taught?

The answer I have gotten before is to change churches. Only problem is I have yet to find a pastor who doesn't have at least some false doctrine in his/her teaching. At this stage in my walk, it doesn't affect me personally that much because I can take the good and leave the bad. However, my concern is for all those around me who hear it and buy it, and it affects their life decisions. What is one to do? My natural inclination is to expose it, but I'm sure that will cause a lot of conflict and cause me to not be very welcome at any church lol...
