Why am i so spoiled and materialistic?

As i have grown up my family has always been "Upperclass" I was fortunate enough when i was about 11 years old (Now) 16 to live in a 2 million $ house my dad since then has lost that job and we can no longer live in such a expensive abode , now every house we look at i get mad because its not NEAR as nice as that house we once lived in. Why am i like it? its like it set my standers REALLY high just living in that house. and now i find everything we look at / live in crappy.?
