With abstinence-only education, how are kids supposed to learn what contraception is?

According to Christians, that is the point you aren't supposed to know about such things. The facts are that people will have unprotected sex without the knowledge of how and why one needs to protect him or herself. Thank goodness for the library, the Christians haven't controlled that yet, but trust me, they're trying.
