I'm moving to Orange County, California?

I'm moving from North Dakota to live with my dad in California, it's weird because in Orange County there are 3 million people, I can't imagine that many people, in my state we don't even have 1 million lol, also I'm looking forward to nice winters etc but apart from that what to expect? I'm 14 and I'm moving to Braya Linda area (sorry about the spelling if wrong)
