Free music ringtones for my metro pcs phone?

I've seen other cool sites that seem like they would work, but not for my dinky Metro PCS phone. I've been seeing WAP on the sites; What does that mean? Nothing I do seems to work for my Kyocera s1300. Sites that would work for my phone? Suggestions on how to get free ringtones? Thanks a million.
