Where can someone sell an antique 70 year old gold necklace? He/She wants a good price for it!?

The necklace has been in the family for the past 70years. It's been passed on in 4 generations to all the daughter-in-laws that have been married in that family. Its a heavy gold necklace weighs approx 9 tolas in Indian weight and has some stones on it. Unfortunately, in this time's generation the necklace has to leave the routine of being passed on, because the daughter-in-law has divorced her husband due to cruelty and adultery and she needs the money to educate her two daughters, which the husband has refused to pay for.
