What is a good city for me???!!!?

I just graduated from high school and I'm sick of living in my town with nothing to do. I love punk rock music and punk ideology. I'm very interested in art, film, and music. I love vintage, antique, comic book, and record stores. I would love to live somewhere that holds artsy kind of festivals (art/film, etc) I was thinking New York but its too big of a city. I live near Pittsburgh and it's fun if you know where to look but it's not exciting enough. I want to live in a medium sized city with a big art scene and full of interesting people. This city doesn't need to be in the US btw. I was actually thinking of visiting Berlin and maybe living there but I can't judge yet because I haven't been there. Any suggestions with details would be really helpful :)
