What is going on with my body? Could these be signs of pregnancy?

I've had the same thing happen and turned out I was pregnant... the fact you had fresh blood showing may mean your pregnant and have had a miscarriage... you should go to a doctor and have them check to see if (A pregnant) and if you are (B if you've had a miscarriage) or (C if your pregnancy is going ok)
