How are we not sheep when we blindly endorse freedom and oppose censorship?

Most people act like sheep. I worked on a sheep farm a long time ago. When driving sheep they always look for a small hole in the fence and if one of them gets through the hole then all follow. Once they get on the other side of the fence and realize the mistake they made and after I violently shove the belled ewe back through the fence, they will all jump back through the hole because I was leading them to water and feed and they follow the belled ewe. Very smart animals.
